Our hotel boasted a convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the city center and various attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and included modern amenities such as a minibar and flat-screen TV. The bathroom had premium toiletries and clean towels. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast, which included a wide variety of pastries, fruits and hot beverages. The service was impeccable, with friendly and courteous staff available 24/7.
Despite the hotel's luxurious concepts, there was no proper heating in our room during our stay, causing great discomfort.

The prime location of this hotel made it easy for me to explore the city's vibrant sights and highlights without traveling far. The reputable establishment offered an incredible selection of amenities such as a rooftop bar with sweeping views, a full-service spa, and a fantastic restaurant that served delicious meals day and night.
There were some downsides during my stay. Despite being a 5-star hotel, the management should have maintained the heating in all rooms as this is essential, especially in chilly weather.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities, such as a beautiful garden area and in-room breakfast. The service was impeccable and all my needs were fulfilled. Live entertainment and massage services were also available for those wanting to relax. The location advantages were also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.
My only issue was a minor one, as the heating did not work in my room. Despite this, the staff did their best to resolve the issue and provided me with a heater until it was fixed.

The hotel concept was striking and unique. The room décor was beautiful, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to key landmarks and attractions. The staff was professional and polite, always ready to help.
The heating system in our room didn't work, and it was uncomfortably chilly, especially at night. Despite repeated requests, nobody fixed it, and we ended up not being able to enjoy our stay fully.
